Hey ...I was looking for an apartment in Whitefields the other day ...and came across a new bldg, the area of the 3bhk apt was about 2100 sq ft and they were asking for an exorbitant rent of 30k per month. It was a decently made house with a carved wooden door and some basic woodwork....but 30k is a huge amount.
Please let me know if this the standard rate going on this area? I may need to change my present apartment soon as my rental agreement is finishing....so a prompt reply will be highly appreciated!
